- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The people working in environmental department, are not doing their job well. Ive reported a nuisance to them many times but they just didnt care. The supervisor, Mr. Philor, looks has mental issues like anxiety and anger. He was getting crazy so easily when I told him the toilet doesnt work and they didnt force landlord to fix it. Another employee, called Andrea, was always angry too. You dont dare to talk with them./ Their phone is always busy as the secretary, is always on personal phone calls with her family.By Truth Truth, November 12, 2016
